Consumer was driving at 65 mph and going around a corner when the vehicle went on half of the pavement, and consumer lost control. when consumer attempted to gain control of vehicle, it rolled over about three to four times. upon impact, air bags didn't deploy, and the passenger's side tire broke off. consumer had to break three of the windows to get other consumer's out of the vehicle. *ak
Driver lost control of the vehicle striking another and died on 12/29/14. driver was 23 years old. the airbags failed to deploy as in ignition defect switch cases which may be the case with this vehicle and should be investigated. the seatbelt was also defective and inoperable, thus not worn at the time of death.
